Remove invited user in my account

In Swingvy, removing or terminating a resigned employee from the system is not hard at all. Please be advised that this activity may affect your upcoming billing amount. At the end of your monthly anniversary, Swingvy automatically checks the number of invited employees your account has and makes the necessary adjustments.
Refer to this billing article to learn more.
Follow these steps to terminate your employee from your account at Swingvy: 
Step 1 - Go to HR Hub > People > Directory > Manage employees
Step 2 - Look for the employee name and click on triple dots to view the available action
Step 3 - Click on Terminate
Step 4 - Set the off-boarding date (termination date)
Step 5 - Click Terminate to save the changes
Step 6 - Check your inbox for the details of the new subscription 
Additional notes: 
Should the resigned employee is approver for certain modules in Swingvy, please change to the respective approver on the resigned date. This is to avoid all pending requests sent to the super admin. 
You can check out below steps on how to set the HOD and reports to:
Head of department
HR > People > Directory > Click manage employe button > Set the roles as HOD
Reports to:
HR > People > Directory > Click manage employe button > Select the reports to for the employee
Leave/claims approved by the designated person:
Change the approver to the new approver before set the designated person to resigned

  1. The employee's account will be deactivated after the off-boarding date.
  2. In the event you need to terminate an employee with onboarding status, please contact Swingvy Customer Success team via for the account activation. You can only terminate an active employee.
