You can un-enrol employees from the plan at any time during the year due to:
- Termination - Layoff, firing, retirement or resigning
Here is how to off-board a resigned staff in Swingvy
Step 1 - Go to HR hub > People > Directory > Manage employees
Step 2 - Select employee and click edit > Terminate
Step 3 - Select off-boarding date
After the selected off-boarding date, the employee's account will be deactivated and the insurance policy will be requested to terminate.
Go to your benefits dashboard to check the policy termination status. The insurance provider will prepare the Premium Debit Note upon the cancellation of the policy request within 2 weeks of application.
