Plan renewal

Whether the subscription is annually (yearly) or monthly,  the renewal is done automatically when each billing cycle is completed. In other words, your subscription will be automatically renewed unless cancelled during the subscription period.

For an annual (yearly) subscription, the billing cycle is 1 calendar year. For example, if the subscription started on 5th December 2019, the renewal will take place automatically on 5th December 2020.

For a monthly subscription, the renewal will be recurring each month, depending on the day Swingvy was subscribed for the first time. For example, if the subscription date is on 5th July 2019, the renewal will be done automatically on 5th August 2019, on 5th September 2019, on 5th October 2019 and so on.

Contact Swingvy Customer Success via support@swingvy.com from Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM (MYT) (exclude public holiday) if you need to cancel your subscription.
