Using Swingvy Leave should be easy, but getting your leave setting up and running takes careful planning. To help your team adopting this module quickly, we prepare some pro tips to help to get started.

Leave Policies

These leave policies mean leave types. In Swingvy, we have created the most frequently used leave types.

Annual leave
A paid number of days each year that an employee is allowed to be away from work.

Sick leave
Leave of absence granted because of illness.

Maternity leave
Pregnancy/maternity leave policy, including suggestions on length of leave, schedule of payment over the length of the leave, and reemployment rights and benefits. Please don't forget to update the employee's gender as we designed our platform to automate this leave only to female's employee.

Paternity leave
A period of absence from work granted to a father after or shortly before the birth of his child. Please don't forget to update the employee's gender as we designed our platform to automate this leave only to male's employee.

Pro tips:

Despite from default leave types, Swingvy enables you the flexibility to customise your leave types if you want to add particular leave types. Learn how to set leave policy like a pro here
