Onboarding Checklist

Welcome to Swingvy! We’re excited to have you as part of the Swingvy family. This guide will walk you through the essential steps to set up your account and get started smoothly – all at your own pace.

Once your signed quotation and payment are verified, your Swingvy account activation will begin. While activation is in progress, you can already start preparing your account for employees.

Step 1 – Log In and Prepare Your Account

  • Access your free trial account

  • Remove any sample data

  • Complete your company profile setup

Step 2 – Configure Your Organisation Structure

  • Add departments, teams, and reporting lines

  • Ensure employee roles match your internal hierarchy

Step 3 – Set Up Account Permissions

  • Assign admin and manager rights

  • Control access to sensitive data

Step 4 – Upload Employee Data

Step 5 – Upload Past Payroll History (mandatory for Payroll subscription only)

Step 6 – Configure Module Settings

  • Review and adjust settings for modules such as leave, claims, and payroll

  • Apply configurations according to your company’s policy
