Step 2 - Set up my profile

HR Hub > Profile

Your profile contains information about you:  
  • Job Title
  • Department
  • Hired Date
  • Emergency Contact
  • Personal Information

Make sure it is up to date with the necessary information for other colleague's references.



Your HR Admin has set the information tabs you can see. The view of this page might be slightly different for each company.

How to set my profile?

Set from Home Page:

  1. Click the Continue button at "Complete Your Profile" on the Homepage or Click your "Profile Photo
  2. You should be redirected to the Profile Page If you click "Continue" at Complete your profile on the homepage. However, if you decide to click your profile photo pick "Account Settings"
  3. Click "Edit" at Basic Information columns
  4. Edit your details and information that are required and click "Save"
