Cancel my paid subscription

Cancelling a subscription

 

All cancellations will take effect upon the next subscription renewal. We will not provide any refunds of prepaid fees or unused subscription fees. Instead, you will be able to access your account until the next renewal date (which you will no longer renew).

 

To request cancellation of subscription, email Swingvy via support@swingvy.com  or contact your Success Manager and we will assist you accordingly.

 

All cancelled accounts will be downgraded to a Standard Plan. With a Standard Plan (free plan), you will still have access to:

  1. Managing your employee data via our HR Hub
  2. Company announcements
  3. Company calendar
  4. Managing employee's talent
  5. Customising employee profile reporting
  6. Benefits
  7. Swingvy support

You can easily restore all your previous data & settings upon resubscribing to our paid plan.

 

Note:

  1. Some features will become unavailable after downgrading to the Standard plan.
  2. Uninstalling the app or stopping Swingvy usage will not automatically cancel your subscription - you must cancel the subscription by contacting us. If you uninstall the app without cancelling your subscription, you will still be charged for the subscription fees.
