Learn more on how to change employee status from "Active" to "Resigned" [here](https://help.swingvy.com/knowledge/remove-invited-user-in-my-account?hsLang=en). However, if you are 100% sure that you want to permanently delete the employee data from your company account, kindly contact Swingvy team via email at support@swingvy.com with the below information:  - Name - Email Address that you would like to delete from Swingvy - Reason for termination/deletion Please be advised that you will not able to recover your permanently deleted data once it is done. Make sure you've saved everything you need.   **Note:**  It is recommended to download all important information such as payslips, leave record and etc. before the employee termination and account deletion for future references. -
