Please be informed that your resigned employees data will still be kept in your Swingvy account after the employee termination. Learn more on how to change employee status from "Active" to "Resigned" here.

- Name
- Email Address that you would like to delete from Swingvy
- Reason for termination/deletion
Please be advised that you will not able to recover your permanently deleted data once it is done. Make sure you've saved everything you need.
Note:
It is recommended to download all important information such as payslips, leave record and etc. before the employee termination and account deletion for future references.
