Enable multi-level claim approval
Claims > Settings
In Swingvy, the default leave approval process is set to a single level. The approver can be designated as the 'Reports to', Head of Department, or a specific individual.
To configure up to three levels of approvers with multi-level approval, follow these steps:
- Go to Claims > Settings > General
- Locate the "Setting up approvers" section
- Click "Edit" in the "Approvers" section
- Click "Add an approver"
- Select the approver
- Click "Save"
A claim application is considered "Approved" only if it passes through the entire approval workflow without being rejected at any stage. Enabling multi-level approval ensures that all approvers must approve the request before it is marked as "Approved" for the employee.
