We have the right to amend, revise or change these Terms and Conditions (or any part thereof) from time to time without prior or subsequent notice to you. 2. This promotion is strictly applicable for [TM uBC](https://ubc.unifi.com.my/solutions/Swingvy) members only, is valid for one-time redemption per company and is non-transferable. 3. The free 3 months waiver only applies to a full year subscription (12 months period) with total employees confirmed in your initial invoice signed with us. 4. Any employees added after your subscription starts will not be entitled to the 3 months fee waiver. 5. Additionally, a 15% discount will be applied throughout your annual subscription. 6. This promotion is only valid for new Swingvy customers, and their first-year subscription with Swingvy. 7. Payment is to be made upfront before the activation of your subscription. 8.
