Increase employer EPF contribution
If your company would like to contribute additional EPF to your employee, you can adjust it easily in the employee profile.
Navigate to HR Hub > People > Directory > Select employee > Statutory details. 
The admin can enter the additional rates to add on to the current employer EPF rates.
Example:
- Default employer contribution rates are 12% for employees with a salary above RM5,000 and 13% for those earning RM5,000 or below
- Additional rate: 2%
- Total rate:
- 12% + 2% = 14% or
- 13% + 2% = 15%
You may also update the additional rate in bulk for more than 1 employee.
Step 1 - Navigate to Payroll > Settings > Company details > Employee information bulk upload > Bank & Statutory tab > Column J (Additional Employee EPF rate (%))

Step 2 - Update template
Step 3 - Save file and upload the file then click Validate & Import
