Increase employer EPF contribution

If your company would like to contribute additional EPF to your employee, you can adjust it easily in Payroll. 

The EPF contribution adjustment for the employer can be done at the Employee's profile > Bank & Statutory (this has to be done employee per employee).

The admin can enter the additional rates to add on to the current employer EPF rates
15 % = 13% + 2%(additional rates)

Or, if this needs to be done by bulk, the admin can also do so from the employee information bulk upload file.


Step 1 - Click Payroll > People > Bulk update employee information > Click Download

Step 3 - Save and upload the file then click Validate & Import
