Notification settings

Swingvy will automatically send an email notification (Today's birthday and Today's Leave) every day at 7 AM.

Admin Settings

As an admin, you can choose to turn on/off options for notification settings for employees on an account level.

Note: If the admin turns off notifications on an account level, users at an individual level will not have to option to set preferences for both web (email) and mobile (push) notifications

Notifications enabled on an account level

On an individual user level, you may also choose to turn on/off email notifications for your account:

Turn email notifications on or off:

Step 1 - Click on your Profile
Step 2 - Choose Account Settings
Step 3 - Scroll down to the notifications box
Step 4 - Choose to On / Off by clicking on the green button (Green = On, Grey = Off)

Note:

The email notifications will only be sent out on a working day. It will not be sent on weekends or public holidays.
