Swingvy Billing Overview

Swingvy fees are based on your subscription plan and billing cycle. Our plan requires a minimum of 5 users, and you will be charged for the total number of invitees (5 users or more), including 'active' and 'onboarding' statuses. This also includes the seat for the account administrator.

Notes: 

  1. Our pricing structure will require a minimum of 5 users. This implies that even if your account only has 3 users, you will be charged for 5 users.
  2. If you have paid for 5 users and currently having 3 users in your account, you will be able to add 2 additional users without charge until your next renewal

Yearly contract 

  • Calculation example for minimum 5 users charges (Malaysia)

Subscription: Yearly (save 15%)
Plan: Premium + Payroll
Price: RM8.50 + RM8.50 /user/month
No of user: 3
Remaining user allocation: 2

Annual charges: RM8.50 + RM8.50 * 5 users = RM1,020/year

Summary: If you have a team of 5 people, the Premium + Payroll plan will cost you RM1,020 per year and you'll have 2 user allocations to add more team members without any additional charges until your next renewal.

  • Additional user charges

Despite the first invoice being paid for the invited employees, additional invoices will be generated upon adding a new employee on the next billing date.


Example

Subscription start date: 1st January 2023
Billing cycle: Annual (1st January 2023 - 31st December 2023)

New employee added: 15th March 2023
Additional invoice date: 1st April 2023
New employee subscription duration: 17 days and 9 months

Additional invoice charge:
Total number of new invited employee * [((plan price per month / 31 days) * 17 days) + (plan price per month * 9 months)]

Note: 

  1. The charges for the additional invited employees will be prorated from 15th March 2023 until 31st December 2023
  2. You will be notified of any changes to your subscription (billing activities).

Monthly contract 

  • Calculation example for minimum 5 users charges (Singapore)

Subscription: Monthly
Plan: Premium + Payroll
Price: $5 + $5 /user/month
No of user: 3
Remaining user allocation: 2

Monthly charges: $5 + $5 * 5 users = $50/month

Summary: If you have a team of 5 people, the Premium + Payroll plan will cost you $50 per month and you'll have 2 user allocations to add more team members without any additional charges until your next renewal.

  • Additional user charges

Renewal invoices will be generated every month for monthly subscriptions. The charges will depend on the current 'total number of invited employees' regardless if they are on 'active' or 'onboarding' statuses. Should you have any new invited employees within the month, the prorated charges will be included in the next billing invoice.

Subscription start date: 1st January 2023
Billing cycle: Monthly (1st January 2023 - 31st January 2023)

New employee added: 15th January 2023
Additional invoice date: 1st February 2023
New employee subscription duration: 17 days

Additional invoice charge:
Total number of new invited employees * (plan price per month / 31 days) * 17 days

Note: 

  1. The charges for the additional invited employees will be prorated from 15th January 2023 until 31st January 2023
  2. You will be receiving an automated email on the subscription update (billing activity)
