Do not open or modify the file before uploading it to the bank portal.   ### **1. Upload the file via Hong Leong ConnectBIZ** The payroll bank file generated by Swingvy is compatible with **[Hong Leong ConnectBIZ](https://www.hongleongonline.com.my/biz/login.html)** Log in to your **Hong Leong ConnectBIZ** account and follow the bank’s standard procedure to upload the salary payment file When prompted, use the following settings: - **Payment/Transaction Type**: Select **Bulk Payment** - **Crediting Date**: Enter the date on which the salary payment should be deducted from your account - **File**: Upload the bank file generated from Swingvy After uploading the file, review the payment details and proceed with the required authorisation or approval process according to your company’s Hong Leong Bank setup   ### **2. Upload the file via ConnectFirst/ConnectPro** If your company uses **Hong Leong ConnectFirst/ConnectPro**, you may also upload the salary bank file through the respective platform Log in to your Hong Leong Bank business banking portal and navigate to the section for **Bulk Payment / Salary Payment** or the equivalent option available in your account Upload the bank file generated from Swingvy and enter the required payment details, including the **Crediting Date**. The exact menu names and approval steps may differ depending on your Hong Leong Bank account configuration. Please follow the instructions displayed in your banking portal.   ### **Important Notes** - The bank file must be uploaded in the original format generated by Swingvy - Do not open, edit, or resave the file before uploading it to Hong Leong Bank - Make sure the **Crediting Date** matches the intended salary payment date - Ensure there are sufficient funds in the company’s bank account before the payment is processed - After uploading the file, check the payment status and complete any required approval or authorisation by the designated approver - If the bank rejects the file, please check the error message displayed by Hong Leong Bank and contact the bank directly if further assistance is required **Note:** Swingvy generates the payroll bank file based on the bank format selected during payroll processing.
