Upload bank file to Malaysia OCBC bank
OCBC bank file downloaded from Swingvy can be uploaded to Velocity@OCBC. Once payroll is at step 3, payment and submission you can download the bank file accordingly.
Then, you can proceed to upload the file to the OCBC portal. Please follow the below steps:
1. Log in to Velocity@OCBC
2. Select 'Transaction' and select 'Upload file'
3. Select 'File format' and choose the file downloaded from Swingvy
4. Click upload and the system will show the 'Upload Status' as the file is being verified
5. The status will be updated automatically once the upload is completed.
Below are some of the statuses:
| File Upload Status | Description |
| Uploaded successfully | The file is uploaded successfully. The authoriser may proceed to authorize the transactions upload |
| Uploaded Failed | Click on the File Upload Status hyperlink to know why the upload has failed |
| Uploaded with errors | Please correct your file using the repair function. Or you may delete the file from the list. |
