To log in to UOB Infinity, please use your existing credentials for UOB BIBPlus. You can contact UOB directly for account inquiries. To download and process the bank file, the Value Date must be entered. The Value Date must: 1. Fall on a valid business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). 2. Match the intended payroll crediting date (the date employees receive their salary). **Note:** The file must be downloaded, uploaded, and approved on UOB Infinity at least 1 business day before the Value Date (e.g., if payroll is to be paid on Friday, set Friday as the Value Date, but upload and approve the file on Thursday).   ![1-Jul-05-2021-10-07-14-36-AM](https://help.swingvy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/1-Jul-05-2021-10-07-14-36-AM.png?width=670&name=1-Jul-05-2021-10-07-14-36-AM.png)   To upload the bank file, you can follow the below steps: [UOB Infinity login page](https://infinity.uobgroup.com/) Step 1: Click on **pay & transfer** at the top menu and choose **upload bulk file**  **![2-Jul-05-2021-10-07-50-16-AM](https://help.swingvy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2-Jul-05-2021-10-07-50-16-AM.png?width=670&name=2-Jul-05-2021-10-07-50-16-AM.png)**  Step 2: Click **upload new bulk files** button ![3-4](https://help.swingvy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/3-4.png?width=670&name=3-4.png)    Step 3: Choose the file to upload.
