Disconnect Xero from Swingvy

Only Super Admins are able to disconnect Xero from your Swingvy account. Please ensure your login is a Super Admin, then go to HR Hub > Settings > Integrations
 

Note:

A 'Super Admin' is a Swingvy master account holder - this admin holds full access in Swingvy and belongs to the ‘Admin’ group under HR Hub > Settings > Permissions


Step 1 - Click configure integration
Step 2 - Click disconnect from Xero

Step 3 - Kindly ensure to disconnect Swingvy from XERO too. Click here to learn how

Note:

If you are getting errors upon connecting with Xero, most probably the Xero integration token has expired. Xero integration token will expire after 60 days if there’s no activity and it is a system limitation.

In order to “reconnect”, “disconnection” from the Xero app should be done first. Here’s the guide to follow:
  1. Please go to the below URL and remove Swingvy app from Xero account. https://go.xero.com/Settings/ConnectedApps/
  2. Go back to Swingvy setting page and proceed the Xero integration process again

You will need to clear out the expired integration information to avoid connection errors.
