      Override PCB auto-calculation

      In Swingvy, PCB is automatically calculated based on the information provided in the system. To ensure the PCB is correctly computed, you can refer to this article.
       
      However, should you want to have a manual PCB deduction for an employee and not following the calculation in Swingvy, it can be done in a few simple steps.
       
      Step 1 - Disable auto-calculation for the employee
       
       
      Step 2 - During pay run add the Additional PCB for the employee
       
       
      Step 3 - Fill in the fixed amount of PCB for the employee
      Step 4 - Complete the pay run

      Note: 
      Swingvy has created a preset Additional PCB item and the amount of the Additional PCB will be populated in the CP39 form.
