What is PSG grant?

Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) was created in April 2018 to encourage small businesses to adopt information technology (IT) solutions, automate the existing processes, and improve productivity.

 

From 1 April 2022 onwards, the maximum support level will be up to 70%. For eligible pre-scoped solutions, enhanced support level of up to 80% will be extended from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 for Food Services and Retail sectors.

Who is eligible?

(a) Business entities in Singapore can apply for PSG grant if they meet the following criteria:

  • Registered and operating in Singapore
  • Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solutions/equipment/consultancy service must be used in Singapore
  • (For selected solutions only) Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding
  • (For selected solutions only) Have at least three local employees at the point of application

(b) Eligible employers who fulfill the following criteria can also qualify for additional subsidies under the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credits (SFEC) scheme:

  • Have contributed at least S$750 Skills Development Levy over the qualifying period

  • Have employed at least three Singapore Citizens (SCs) or Permanent Residents (PRs) every month over the same period

  • Have not been qualified for SFEC at any of the earlier periods
