Change my employee work group

You can adjust your employee's existing work schedule to a new schedule. 

Step 1 - Go to HR hub > Settings > Company settings > Workgroups
Step 2- Select Workgroup and Edit settings
Step 3 - Go to Employees > click Edit
Step 4 - Select other workgroup and choose employee click on ">" to move employee
Step 5 - Save

 

 

Assigning workgroup in the employee profile

Once the workgroup has been created in the office settings, it will also be available in the employee directory

Select the workgroup from the drop-down list if there are multiple workgroups within an office or the first workgroup will be the default value. 

The day type hints will display the working schedule for the selected workgroup.
